former air nomad, currently running tavern (Yating's place, doesn't have a sign but well-known, "best bao in this whole peninsula", especially good at vegetables because she's former air nomad) in Jiangbu. was captured by Hanako as part of his attempt to learn more about Weishan, then freed by the party. Zo tried to convince her to help, but Yating just fled, said "some day you'll realize that sometimes, nothing can be done, and you just have to move on"

Sergeant Hanako

Party defeated him and his mix of scouts / local thugs, froze them all and sent them bobbing down the river, out to sea.
